My journey started a few years ago when I checked into the ER with a racing heart. This turned out to be a panic attack, and slowly developed into GAD and panic disorder.
I learned that taking care of yourself and changing your world and outlook on life / friends / media can really help. Also taking control of whatever are the root causes such as finances or job or low self opinion.
You can overcome and cope with the voices by being who you are even if the life change is painful.
I have a ton of experience with coping and thought altering strategies. I have been in therapy for over 2 years and gained so much insightful knowledge. I can also just be a non-judgmental shoulder to lean on.
