A Caring Coach to Support You on your Path to Recovery.

There have been times in my life when I have drunk too much and used recreational drugs more than is healthy for me. I did this to mask the void and to quieten the voice that repeatedly said I wasn’t good enough. But nothing good ever came of this excessive behavior.

I am a believer that getting out of this hole doesn’t require rehab or a 12 step program, even though for many people this is the quickest and most successful path back to your true self. I believe that learning to love yourself and being true to yourself are the key things to getting back to a state of peace.

I worked on myself over time and am now in a position where I drink alcohol sometimes… I might have a glass of wine or two with dinner… or not. Drugs are definitely a thing of the past.

I would love to walk your path with you, to minimize the darker days and maximize the lighter days so that light wins over dark. I would love to work with you on your path getting back to a state of peace.
