Addiction, Anxiety and Depression

Depression and anxiety can be a darkness that is scary to go through alone. For years I suffered from PTSD, anxiety and depression from sexual and mental abuse presented by my own grandfather.

I fought the battle of being an addict to cocaine and came out on top! Mostly, through self-coping techniques and rewiring the way my brain was thinking about my situation I was able to see the light at the end of a very long tunnel.

I kept putting myself in a constant cycle that needed to be broken. Aside from my personal experiences, I am also in the process of finishing my Masters Degree for Life Coaching.

This has been one of the biggest accomplishment on my road to recovery, as I hope to share my experiences with others and help them survive in a way I never thought possible. Let me help you shine your light again!
