Grieving for someone we love is a very natural and important process. There are all levels of lost. We may grieve for a love one who passed away, or for a relationship that ended, a divorce , a pet that passed on and even the termination of a job.
We cannot measure the level of pain or minimize a person's grief by their challenge. Emotional pain does not discriminate, it hurts no matter what the lost is!
I have experience grief many times throughout my life.
There was a time of grief in my life where the pain was so overwhelming that I thought the only relief was for me to take my own life! I learned that the hardest and most painful part of grief, is that I have no control, and that the process of letting go was the necessary stage toward healing.
