I have lost connections with family members and my significant other in the past. I have blamed others because I did not understand how to communicate. I have felt lonely and felt like no one understood me.
The communication was nonexistent. I went months without speaking to close family. It took for me to remove the blame game from my mind in order to repair these close relationships.
I also had to forgive others as well as myself. I no longer blame anyone for situation that I can or can not control. I had to learn that I have a voice and I need to heard. Keeping quiet because I did not understand the situation at hand, or someone’s behavior is not a way to solve problems.
I am a listening ear and provide advice to help individuals over lost connections with relationships.
