When dealing with anxiety and depression, sometimes our negative thoughts get overwhelming. We beat ourselves up, we feel like nobody around us cares, we feel like we arent good enough or that we are doing something wrong. It's time to put up a fight and not let those negative thoughts control us and drag us down!
My personal defence method is to imagine I'm my favorite pokemon. These negative thoughts come flying at me and I must ATTACK! I slash right through them. I also get into a lot of arguments with myself..."what do you mean he doesnt care about me? He just said he loves me and spent time with me!"
